Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams peanut butter

  • 15 grams PB2 powder (peanut butter powder)

  • 10 grams Elevation Whey Protein Blend ( any flavor- I used Oatmeal Cookie flavor)

  • Handful of walnuts (roughly 1/4 cup, chopped if desired)

  • 3 dark chocolate chips

  • 1 rice cake (plain or lightly salted)

    • Or spread on a protein waffle

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base: In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, PB2 powder, and Elevation Whey Protein Blend. Stir thoroughly until smooth. You can adjust the texture with a little water if needed.

  2. Add Walnuts: Chop the walnuts (if preferred) and add them to the mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.

  3. Top with Chocolate Chips: Place the 3 dark chocolate chips on top or mix them into the protein mixture if you'd like them to melt.

  4. Serve on Rice Cake: Spread the protein mixture evenly over the rice cake. For bite-sized servings, break the rice cake into smaller pieces.
